BoxAlert – The benchmark in dump body safety
BoxAlert is available as a standalone unit or integrated with the KILOAD K4 on-board weighing system, providing a complete solution for safety and operations management.

The standalone version continuously monitors the tipper body’s position. As soon as the vehicle exceeds a predefined speed while the dump body is raised, the driver is immediately alerted by an audible and visual alarm, allowing them to react quickly and avoid an accident.
The advanced version goes even further. In addition to monitoring the dump body’s position, it also checks the tailgate position and the locking of its latches to ensure it is properly secured before any movement.
BoxAlert helps prevent the most dangerous situations associated with dump body truck operation, including:
driving with the tipper body raised;
the risk of the vehicle rolling over;

the risk of an operator being buried under debris during unloading;

Accidental cargo spills;

Driving with an unlocked tailgate.
These situations can have serious, even fatal, consequences for both the operator and other road users.
Thanks to its intelligent design, BoxAlert is one of the most comprehensive and safest systems in the industry today. Unlike conventional systems that generate numerous false alarms, BoxAlert only alerts the driver when a genuine danger is detected.
This performance is made possible by fully configurable programming based on the vehicle’s various operating modes:
Unloading;
Driving;

Spreading.
BoxAlert can also be integrated with an on-board weighing system and an auxiliary lift axle control device. A single installation centralizes all these functions, simplifies vehicle operation, and meets SPIF standard requirements.
